Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival.
- 50% refund for cancellations made within 7 days before arrival.
- No refund for No Shows.
Bank fees are the customer's responsibility, and the refund applies only to the actual amount paid.

Check-in & Tourist Tax
Arrival notice: provide the time and location at least 48 hours in advance.
Check-in: free from 15:00 to 20:00;
- €50 between 20:00 and 22:00;
- €100 after 22:00 and by request.
- No check-in between 00:00 and 09:00.
Arrival in Venice: inform us before boarding vaporetto/taxi/Alilaguna.
Documents: a valid ID is required at check-in.

Tourist Tax
Mandatory for all visitors and only for the first 5 days of stay:
- €4 for adults (16+)
- €2 for children (10-16 years)
- Free for children (<10 years)
To be paid at check-in in cash or via payment link.
